Tish Cyrus and her daughter Noah Cyrus reunited for the first time in 3 years in Los Angeles on Monday, amid a tumultuous family feud and a romantic entanglement.

The 57-year-old mother of Miley Cyrus kept close to her youngest child, 24, as they were spotted at the Encino Financial Center.

Wearing a grey hoodie and a white tank top, Tish appeared to place her hand on Noah’s shoulder as they made their way into the building. 

The ‘estranged mother and daughter spent over two hours at the center that offers financial management and law advice,’ according to witnesses. 

The sighting comes after Tish’s ex-husband Billy Ray Cyrus slammed their daughter Miley in an expletive-filled rant obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com on Wednesday

It also comes after Tish was at the center of shock claims she ‘stole’ her husband Dominic Purcell from Noah earlier this year. 

During Monday’s outing, witnesses reported Noah ‘arrived at Tish’s house at 1pm; about twenty minutes after her ex-boyfriend and now – stepfather, Dominic Purcell left in his pick up truck with two surfboards in the back.’

In audio heard by DailyMail.com on Wednesday, Billy Ray bizarrely speaks of himself in the third person before turning his attention to Miley and uttering the shocking statement: ‘Everyone knows that devil’s a skank.’

He is equally dismissive and derisory of Tish, his former wife of 28 years and the mother of three of his biological children – Miley, 31, Braison, 30 and Noah – whom he also never refers to by name but instead calls, ‘s**t.’

Billy Ray has a son from a previous relationship and adopted Tish’s two children, Brandi, 37, and Trace, 35, when they married.

In one shocking text exchange with his manager and publicist Scott Adkins, viewed by DailyMail.com, Billy Ray says of Tish: ‘She is a liar…a w***e…and a cheat. Complete skank. Scum of the earth. A fraud.’

Comparing her to Lindsay Lohan’s mother, Dina, 61, he texts, she ‘Makes Deanna [sic] Lohan look like Mother Theresa.’

Miley has reportedly been estranged from Billy Ray in the years that followed his and Tish’s 2022 divorce.

Billy Ray’s rant comes after the rumors that Noah was angry at her Tish for allegedly ‘stealing’ her ex Dominic Purcell from her. 

Tish and Dominic, 54, tied the knot at Noah’s famous sister Miley’s home August 19, 2023, in a ceremony that Noah skipped.

There have been differing reports about whether there was anything going on between Noah and Dominic, however People claimed they were ‘seeing each other’ and had ‘hooked up’ before he ended up marrying her mother.

Meanwhile, Prison Break star Dominic’s love life has garnered attention, from a BDSM relationship with actress AnnaLynne McCord to a whirlwind romance with Jodhi Meares.

Before his relationship with Tish, Dominic was involved in an on-again off-again romance with AnnaLynne.

The former 90210 star, 36 – who is 17 years Dominic’s junior – has spoken openly about their relationship, which spanned 10 years from 2011 until early 2020.

The couple first went public with their romance in July 2011, but split in 2014 after three years of dating, before getting back together in 2016.

They broke up again in 2018, before sparking rumours they had rekindled things in 2020, but AnnaLynne later insisted that they were just friends.

AnnaLynne previously revealed how BDSM played a major role in their on/off relationship, describing Dominic as a ‘big, strong, angry Aussie’ in a 2021 interview with sexual health platform Giddy.

She told the publication Dominic was the first person to break through the walls she’d put up due to her history of sexual abuse and trauma.

AnnaLynne said she started exploring BDSM and bondage with Dominic as a way to overcome her numbness.

‘I literally went into bondage, BDSM, because I couldn’t feel anything. And Dom and I had this relationship that was very — Dom was my dom,’ she said with a laugh. 

A ‘dom’ refers to the person who is more ‘dominant’ in a BDSM relationship.

Dominic also dated Australian fashion designer and former model Jodhi Meares, 51, for several months in late 2019 in a whirlwind romance.

Dominic was previously married to Australian film producer Rebecca Williamson between 1998 and 2008.

The couple welcomed four children during their decade-long marriage – sons Joseph, 24, and Augustus, and daughters Audrey, 23, and Lily-Rose, 20.

Following their split, he also briefly dated Baywatch star Brooke Burns, 44, from April to June 2008.

It was reported that Noah was ‘offended’ when her mother married the Australian star, as per People.

‘Noah and Dominic were seeing each other in a friends with benefits way, off and on. They stopped seeing each other and then Tish started something up,’ an insider told the publication.

‘Tish knew he had been seeing Noah,’ the source added.

Even though Noah and Dominic had stopped seeing each other when his relationship with Tish started: ‘Tish never gave Noah the chance to talk about all of this before they got married.’

It has also been claimed by Entertainment Tonight that Tish ‘hired security’ to keep Noah away from the wedding. 

Us Weekly claimed that their fallout occurred after Tish began ‘pursuing’ Dominic, who was reportedly romantically involved with Noah for ‘about 8 to 9 months.’

Dominic and Noah, who have a 30 year age gap, were said to be ‘having issues.’ 

However, a family insider told Dailymail.com last month that Noah had ‘fabricated details’ of a relationship with Dominic.

‘Noah never dated Dominic and they were not together,’ the insider said. ‘She is delusional to think otherwise and is trying to create a narrative that will paint her as a victim.’

The source added of the rift: ‘Noah has always craved the attention because she did not get it growing up. Tish was always so Miley-sided because that is where the money was.’ 

It has been claimed Tish is allegedly ‘spiraling out of control and trying to figure out how to diffuse’ the rift with her daughter. 

The mom-of-five reportedly wants to repair their relationship, but despite her best efforts, an insider told Us Weekly that the duo are still ‘on the outs’ and the family ‘rift is real.’ 

‘Noah and Tish haven’t spoken since the whole thing happened with Dominic,’ the source noted.

At one point, the outlet claims the duo briefly blocked each other via social media when this ‘all this started,’ but have since re-followed each other.

Tish – who revealed she suffered a ‘complete psychological breakdown’ before her divorce from Billy Ray Cyrus, 62 – wed Prison Break actor Dominic last summer.

While some family members, including daughter Miley, were present for her wedding, Tish’s daughter Noah and son Braison were absent from the nuptials – fueling speculation of a rift at the time.

A source told Us Weekly that ‘Noah was [seeing] Dominic when Tish started pursuing him’ and ‘was aware’ of this when she began to contact the star.

‘The turmoil between Noah and Tish goes far beyond [what people think]. Noah is very distraught over Tish stealing Dominic from her,’ the insider added.

Billy and Tish officially divorced after 30 years of marriage in 2022 and have since moved on with new partners.

Billy married Australian singer, Firerose, last year in October during an ‘ethereal celebration of love.’
